    Hi all,
about to start the course material, this is something that i am really excited about. I have a class of students with 1 to 1 devices and I can’t wait to introduce Kodu to my students. They know the controllers are there and can’t wait to use them. Once I know the basics i will let them loose! Really looking forward to sharing ideas with everybody. Also for any teachers who have students with netbooks the kodu game engine install fine and runs well. I have been exploring the engine on a netbook and will continue to do so. It is just another way to engage students and allow for great creative open-ended tasks.

Thanks for letting us know, what are the specs of the netbooks you’re using?

We’ve heard various reports and have heard performance using netbooks is determined by the amount of RAM. We tried (unsuccessfully) to get Kodu on the eduStar image in Victoria, Australia so your experiences may help us with the next image.
