What are when/do statements? How do I use them?

  When and Do statements are the way you tell your bots how to react in different circumstances.
  
  For example, you might elect to program a Cyclebot, so that WHEN he SEES and APPLE, his DO action should be to EAT it.
  
  When and Do instructions simply direct a bot or an object to act in a certain way when they interact with another bot or object.
